Mac Device Permissions
Mac computers now require you to grant permission at the operating system level in order for us to access your screen, camera, and microphone. Please follow the instructions below to grant access to access those devices to your browser before starting a new meeting.
Screen
1. Open your System Preferences, click on Security & Privacy, click on Privacy, and then click on Screen Recording.
2. Check the checkbox for the browser you are using. You may need to click the lock icon in the bottom-left corner of the pane before you can grant the Screen Recording permission to your browser.
3. Click Quit & Reopen when the prompt appears asking if you want to restart the browser.
4. Start a new meeting.
Camera
1. Open your System Preferences, click on Security & Privacy, click on Privacy, and then click on Camera.
2. Check the checkbox for the browser you are using. You may need to click the lock icon in the bottom-left corner of the pane before you can grant the Camera permission to your browser.
3. Click Quit & Reopen when the prompt appears asking if you want to restart the browser.
4. Start a new meeting.
Microphone
1. Open your System Preferences, click on Security & Privacy, click on Privacy, and then click on Microphone.
2. Check the checkbox for the browser you are using. You may need to click the lock icon in the bottom-left corner of the pane before you can grant the Microphone permission to your browser.
3. Click Quit & Reopen when the prompt appears asking if you want to restart the browser.
4. Start a new meeting.
