Common Problems
When I try to start a screen share, why do I get a Java error with the message "Incompatible magic value 1008813135 in class file ScreenleapApplet"?
This problem can be caused by either a) having a bad version of our applet stored in your Java cache or b) having a firewall that is blocking the applet from being download.
Viewer Problems
The screen for my viewer sometimes stops updating. How can I fix it?
On occassions, your viewer's screen can stop updating because we lose the connection with the viewer. Most of the time, this can be fixed by simply reloading the page. Sometimes you may also need to reload the presenter page too but this is rare.
My viewer count seems to be lower than the number of viewers viewing my screen. Is that a bug?
This can happen if your viewers switch to another browser tab or window (i.e. to check their email). We can only determine if a viewer is active if the viewer page is the active tab. When the viewer switches back to the viewer page, the viewer count should correct itself.
